What is going week 2 of the BCFL is here and some good matchups that could separate the pack this week, but first my week 2 power rankings, remember these are my own rankings not the leagues so hope they are at least close to what they should be.

Let’s get into this week’s matchups.
#1 Dukes (1-0) vs #5 Wolf Pack (1-0)
The Duke’s look to continue their winning ways as they took care of business last week 26-0 over the Bengals. Wolf Pack got the 2-0 win over the Knights, this will be their first game to be played for them.
#2 Columbus Gladiators (1-0) vs #11 Columbus Breeden Knights (0-1)
Knights didn’t bother to show up last week for their game and had to forfeit, will they show up to a cross town game? Week two will not be an easy one for sure. The Gladiators are looking to go 2-0 to start the season and that would only help in the long run with this being a early season conference match up.
#3 Indy Bison Red (1-0) vs # 4 Indiana Tornadoes (1-0)
This to me is a prime matchup of two Indy powerhouse teams, the winner could be a glimpse of the Top team in the BCFL and in the State. The Nados are looking to show the league that they are a contender in the state especially in Indy and beating the Bison (red) would for sure make that statement coming off a win over the Southern Indiana Bobcats in week 1..
Bison (red) are looking to also make a statement, a win against their cross-town rivals would be huge, I think they for sure need this win to show that they are legitimate contenders in the BCFL and to show that they are one of the top teams in the state.
#6 Calvary (0-0) vs # 10 Lexington Bengals (0-1)
The Calvary had a bye week for the start of the season so this will be the first test for the 2022 BGFL champs who decided to come to the BCFL after the 22 season, can they make another run to get to the championship? We will see how they look vs the Lexington Bengals who gave up 26 points in week 1 to the Dukes.
#7 Dayton Seminoles (Bye)
The Seminoles will have a bye week and will play the Dukes in next week.
#8 Kentucky Spartans (0-1) vs #9 Southern Indiana Bobcats (0-1)
This will be an interesting matchup as both teams are looking for a win, Bobcats are trying to show that they have what it takes and hopefully they fixed the mistakes they made last week, the Spartans are in the same boat coming off a huge loss. So, this game could be anyone’s.
